[Zope-CMF] Plone: frontpage and index_html

Hi,

I am a little confused about the frontpage an the index_html in the
root of a fresh plone site.=20

I do not know why I am today confused, but never before I tried to
change the Welcome-Message in this way.

When I am logged in as manager there is no edit-tab on the frontpage,
so I have to click on folder-contents and then on the
Welcome-Document to edit it.

When I edit it, the headline and the description are not displayed. I
think this is pretty normal, because in index_html there is only a call
to the body of the document.

so no title or description information are displayed. But is this the
intended behavior? I think title and description also should be
displayed.

Do I miss something?
