[Zope-CMF] limiting types to add by role

Indeed. What I want to be able to do is, through the type information object, 
say that that this type may be created by people with this role/permission.

What do we need to do to make that happen?

PS: An ability to create permissions TTW also wouldn't go amiss. Any takers?
