[Zope-CMF] Customize user features and subscription logic

Hi,

I'm desesperatly looking for some docs/links/hints to help me to :

- Add some membership data to the default ones (I need the name and postal
address [+ phone])
- Find the API to get those member data.
- Have the new membership subscription submitted to a dedicated workflow
(granted/denied + notifications).

Is this kind of feature easy with the CMF ?
What should I read to help me ? (the doc provided in CMF1.2/docs don't help
a lot for this or I missed something).
