[Zope-CMF] cmf tracker issues and the thought process.

Hi,
I'm wondering were are the discussions for some changes and things that 
go into parts of Zope.  I"m referring to tracker issues #1.  {HYPERLINK "http://www.zope.org/Products/PTK/Tracker/342/1"}portal content 
PUBLISHED status carries across cut-paste .  Imho if an item is already 
published, it should stay that way when copied.  Why would you want to 
change its status just because of copying it?  On a regular file system , 
copying files on the same volume retains the same settings.  Perhaps 
something like copying items to different cmf instance resets permissions 
and copying to the same instance retains settings?
What do ya think?
