On a slight tangent, TextRouter (http://simon.kittle.info/textrouter) is a
wxPython GUI app for updating weblogs via XML-RPC that has some drag-n-drop
features. It's not a browser, but it's Python, it's cross-platform, and it's
open-source! :-)
