[Zope-CMF] Cookie Crumbler & WebDAV

I hacked it so it worked with M$ / cadaver / Dreamweaver but of course
it was a *dirty* hack.  I don't have the patches to hand but I could dig
them out at the weekend..it was very simple though.  Checked for
PROPFIND / user-agent strings, basically.
