[Zope-CMF] TypeInformation needs to be cleaned.

Sidnei, the version of CMFCore/TypesTool.py on the head of CVS has had
the '_cloneActions' since forever (well, at least since Wednesday :)

It seems like a good idea to me to reuse the APB code;  my only
reservation is possible forward-compatibility problems, which might
be tough to test for.
