[Zope-CMF] Problems with deleting items

Hi,

We are running:

Zope 2.5.1
CMF 1.2

We are having problems deleting items. When we list the folder contents and
try to delete, CMF wants me to log back in again. This happens every time,
and I am already logged in and I don't understand why it is try to
authenticate me again and not letting me when I put in my username and
password for the second time.

This is the url when it is trying to delete and this looks very new to me.
We have installed DC Workflow but my administrator said it was working after
the install but two days later it was not.
