[Zope-CMF] CMF Extensions, why not module?

to follow this up.  sidnei checked this into
CMF/CMFCalendar/Extnesions/__init__.py
if anyone has any gripes please tell me.  I take responsibility ;)  I would
have done it
but we have a Plone bug day.  and with this ... Plone can get rid of its
CalendarTool
and piggy back off the CMF CalendarTool
