The bug seems to be that some versions of Apache are stripping out
particular cookies;  since renaming the cookie (from '__ac' to
'__anything_else') makes the bug go away, I don't think it can be
considered a bug with Zope / CMF.  The problem definitely does *not*
occur in a Zope running without Apache in front.

In short, I would prefer not to class this as a CMF bug.
