[Zope-CMF] Virtual Domain and Cookies

I have a question about CMF and cookies.

I knowthat the Logon sets a cookie but the problem is that somehow the
cookie is not working on the system since every time you click on a button
it asks you to put in an ID and password.

I am wondering if the reason for this is that I am running Virtual domains
on the APACHE server being fed by the PROXY directive to the Virtual Host
Monster (Site Accesss).

Does anyone know of a workaround or a fix of how someone can use a portal
that is being served as a virtual domain?

Any help would be appreciated!
