[Zope-CMF] Plone and Forum? how to create?

After installing it in your plone site (external method as usual, described
in the INSTALL.txt) it should be available in the add items list just like
documents, folder, news items and so on. No different from regular CMF.

I recommend getting CMFForum from CVS.

Hi everyone,
i search in several mailinglists to find an answer: how can i create a
forum/discussion (with portal_tab) in plone.
i installed cmfforum but i don't know how to use it in plone.
if anyone has a link or an explanation, i would be very happy!
