What would ideally happen is that when you rename a transition, it goes through 
and updates all states that link to this transition, since the linking is done 
by id.

Likewise, when you rename a state, something will need to go through and make 
that change to all objects in the state you've just renamed.

I'd call this a feature request, but I don't know there are suitable hooks to 
make this possible.
