Couldn't sumbit a bug there.
I don't have an account at collector.zope.org (tried with the one I 
should have at cmf.zope.org but didn't work), and anonymous submission 
doesn't work.
It bites you with a basic authorization request and when you bail out 
you get an unauthorized exception ('you are not authorized to access 
addFile').
