[Zope-CMF] WorkFolw for European Zope Sites

Hi all,

At first, I am not sure if this list is ok for questions of users of CMF.
If not, please redirect me ;-)

If ok, can someone tell me where I can find information/documentation of 
how the different roles available in CMF are related to workflow.

I am trying to understand how to give rights to some users to create 
documents, and particpate in the publish process.

I am using freezope.org server which runs Zope 2.4 with CMF.
