[Zope-CMF] moving a plone 0.9.9 site to plone1.0beta1

Hello everyone,

I recently installed Plone 1.0beta1 using the Windows installer, but I can't
figure out how to move my current Plone site content to a 1.0beta1 instance.
Is there a procedure for doing so without losing all the data from the old
site?  Thanks in advance for your help!
