[Zope-CMF] Implementation identifiers within the REQUEST

It is.

You can call all the skins found within skins folders as if they were at the
portal root. For organization purposes you are allowed to arranged them in
the mentioned folders, but you are still able to use them anywhere in the
portal according to the regular acquisition rules.
