[Zope-CMF] Removing access to ZMI

I just tried it on a CMFDefault instance. Confirmed.

- go to ZMI
- at root of CMF instance, go to security, 
deselect all for "View management screens"

- on another computer, logged in to the CMF, I reload my folder_contents
and "Rename", "Cut", and "Copy" buttons are gone.

Only "New..." and "Delete" remain.
