[Zope-CMF] Site error in CMF - permission missing? URGENT

Hi,

I have a Member role defined and a portal_action called Rename and the
Member role has the permission (List portal members) in order to use this
action...no problem with that.

But, when the Member creates a document inside CMF-Plone and then tries to
Rename it, he gets the following error message:

Site error:

Error type: Unauthorized
Error message
Error value: You are not allowed to access manage_renameObjects in this
context

I think it may be a problem of permissions that are missing? Where and
which?
