[Zope-CMF] Plone/CMF security question

Hello zope-cmf users,

I have Plone site and folder with python scripts and zpt pages inside
Plone site.

/intranet - plone catalog
/intranet/billing - my folder with diff stuff

I check 'View' permission for Member and uncheck 'Acquire..' on
folder 'billing'. When accessing site with url /intranet/billing Plone
gives form for signing up - it's ok, but after authentication, when I
try to access any resources under /intranet/billing appears Zope popup
window and asks to repeat authentication.

When I also check 'View' permission for 'Authenticated' user there is
no such problem.

Could anybody explain me this bahaviour?
