I haven't tested this, but when you would derive a ZClass from CMF Event 
- how do you add properties to the class. Meaning does it create a 
propertysheet with the standard properties ready - or can you just 
create new propertysheet... or..

CMFTypes depends on Plone. I had an unfortunate accident of trying to 
use it in normal CMF and it did not work. I don't know if it is being 
backported to work also in normal CMF or not. If it would - it would rock!
