[Zope-CMF] Path indexes

Strange:

  Zope usually renames by copying the object to the new location
  and then deleting the original.

  After the copying, "manage_afterAdd" is called, which usually
  calls "indexObject". This should update all indexes.

Cannot understand why it fails...
