[Zope-CMF] CMFDefault Help topics broken?

just installed Zope2.6 with CMF from CVS and Plone.

I was looking through the online help when I got to:

  CMF Default Help
    Site Manager Goals

Then, trying to click on "Create a CMF Site" produced the following:

  Site Error
  An error was encountered while publishing this resource. 
  Debugging Notice
  Zope has encountered a problem publishing your object.
  Cannot locate object at:
    http://localhost/Control_Panel/Products/CMFDefault/Help/CreateCMFSite 


got similar errors for other links on the Site Manager Goals page.

Had a look at the Actor_SiteManager.stx and saw that none of the links
were specifying the ".stx" extension, so I added the extension to all 
the links, and now all was well.

Did I somehow scrog the install of CMF or is this a bug?
