[Zope-CMF] LocalFS file size limitations ?

Hi all,

I have some very big PDF files (more than 10MB), I try to access through
a LocalFS instance.
When I read them I get the following error in Acrobat "The file is
damaged and could not be repaired".

File remains fully readable through the file system. 

Question that comes : Is there any file size limitations when using
LocalFS ?
environement: Win2000
zope 2.51
cmf 1.3
