[Zope-CMF] Can't access folder_contents on root folder of portal

Access to "Title" is usually protected by "Access contents information".
Check that this permission is mapped to roles as you need it.

You might also have some non-standard object in your folder
that protects "Title" in a strange way.

Shane's VerboseSecurity product might help you to locate the
culprit.
