[Zope-CMF] CMF 3.1 doesn't install on zope 2.6.1

Hi All.

I have a freshly setup version of zope 2.6.1 running here on suse 
7.2/Alpha. I've had no trouble adding other products to my zope 
installation, like mailboxer. For whatever reason,
zope refuses to recognize CMF is installed. The installation process is 
straightforward enough, I moved the CMF directory into 
lib/python/Products and restarted zope. It isn't recognized. I don't 
see any debug on the console recognizing the addition of a new package, 
It' not listed in the control panel and it's not available to add to my 
zope /.

Where have I gone wrong? I've tried 'touch' on the CMF dir to no avail 
and the permissions on it are the same as all the others in the product 
directory. I'm running zope as myself a regular user. Any ideas? Thanks.
