[Zope-CMF] [dev] CMF 1.4 alpha

Shane or was it Tres pointed out the other day that you can also retain 
the extension by having a properties file that has keep_extension=1 in 
it. This works as well. Just thought I would point it out as it is a 
stepping stone for people to get pre 1.4 compliant.
