[Zope-CMF] DCWorkflow error when copying published images

Hi there,
I found an error in the behaviour of the workflow machinery when copying an=
=20
image.
After having copied a published image (can be in any state) it keeps the st=
ate=20
and does not assume the default state as the other portal types.
I tested it using both Plone and plain CMF.
I am using Zope 2.61 and CMF1.3.1
