If there are no objections, I'll

- remove the remaining WorkflowMethod wrappers (CMF 1.5)

- mark WorkflowMethod as deprecated (CMF 1.5)

- remove WorkflowMethod and related code (HEAD / CMF 1.6), including

   o  WorkflowTool: wrapWorkflowMethod

   o  DCWorkflow: isWorkflowMethodSupported, wrapWorkflowMethod

   o  Trigger type "WorkflowMethod" in DCWorkflow and CMFSetup
