[Zope-CMF] Tale of Four Web Sites

For what its worth I have a client who has a severe bandwidth problems 
with Plone. I started up a SimplePlone project in the collective that 
takes some of the changes I made for that. I haven't checked it in yet 
(just a README.txt) but removing the colophon, a lot of the javascript, 
and many of the extraneous stylesheets and so on has enabled me to 
preserve the functionality I needed for the client and make pages 50% 
smaller.
