[Zope-CMF] creating files into folders

Hi 
i would make a files sharing plone site in which
managers could create folders and members could upload
files in those folder.
I im new to plone but i know python an zope well.
I don't know in which view in Plone, members can
select the folder in which create their files.
Help me please
