Indeed, in just about all CM projects I see a need to be able to set up 
a structure; many site structures we build depend on a default structure 
to be present when you 'install' the site at the customer. This not only 
includes folders, but also simple documents that a customer has to fill 
with their content to enable things like introductions to site areas and 
functionality.
