[Zope-CMF] Is unmodified CMF useless? Some Plone questions.

Yes. You can call it *useless* if all what you want is a canned portal.
There are plenty of them and the best are written in PHP. The CMF is a
framework aimed to allow developers to provide unique solutions to singular
clients' needs, without requiring to build it everything from scratch.

Plone depends on CMF, and CMF depends on Zope.
