Thanks, I have reuploaded it.  Unfortunately, the "maiN" URL you cite 
seems to have the bad value cached (in Apache);  it should expire 
shortly.  The fixed version can be reached meanwhile at:

   http://cmf.zope.org/download/CMF-1.4.4/CMF-1.4.4.tar.gz/download
