[Zope-CMF] Formulator/TALES question

I have a few questions about Formulator in general, things i can't seem 
to find in the howto. I'd like to use TALES for default values in 
formulator fields. I can get simple values, things like python:1+2, to 
work, but TALES expressions like python:member.getProperty('email','') 
don't really work...

Could anyone give me a push in the right direction?
