[Zope-CMF] Catalog filtering on expires and effective

I fixed http://zope.org/Collectors/CMF/120

This means that it's now possible to do a catalog search and provide 
additional restrictions on the expires and effective attributes. Before, 
unless you were allowed to access inactive content, the catalog 
overwrote any query on these attributes.

But that could be a change in behavior for buggy user code.
