[Zope-CMF] CMFExternalFile - bad zip?? (qv Plone Book p 306)

Sorry if this is the wrong list.
I'm trying to get CMFExternalFile (qv Andy's Plone Book p 306) from the collective, but can't unzip the file. Results follow:


Perhaps I'm missing something really obvious here??? Tried the same DL from a couple of different mirrors...
