[Zope-CMF] Properties in FSPageTemplate vs PageTemplate

Hi,

I was wondering whether it is possible to have a property tab for 
FSPageTemplate in skins folder similar to that of the PageTemplate found in 
custom folder.
What are the considerations for/against such design?
