[Zope-CMF] Zope CMF 1.4.8 Released

Why would 1.4.8 be released when 1.5.0 already exists in final form?
Shouldn't this be 1.5.1?
Also, does the Plone team get involved in these releases or bless them
in any public way? There is no information on Plone.org.
