Nope.  Thie is a "backport bugfixes" release for the "retired" branch.

Note that I gave Sidnei and Alan my blessing to do this work while at
the sprint in Paris:  I am fine with having "community-driven" releases
on the "old" branch, but don't have resources to tackle or support them
myself.
