[Zope-CMF] Preparing CMF 1.5.1-beta release

Just as a heads-up, I *was* trying to upload the CMF 1.5.1 beta to 
zope.org, but the site is completely unresponsive at this point. The 
uploaded tarballs and zip files are broken and should not be used. I am 
currently trying to delete the whole release so I can try again later 
when the site is usable again. Even this deletion is taking ages right 
now.

So if you see the release and files on the site, don't use them, they 
are broken and will be replaced later.
