[Zope-CMF] Re: batch error in members_manage_template

Found it.

Since it was a migration from an older CMF, it didn't have the "Manage
members" action item under "portal_membership", after adding that, it
worked fine.

I figured it out by creating a brand new portal and seeing if it worked
there.
