[Zope-CMF] Plone CatalogTool behavioural change in 2.5

A behavioural change was introduced in the CMFPlone 2.5 branch which I
think we need to revert: CMFPlone.CatalogTool.__init__ will no longer
call the _initIndexes. This silently break existing products which do
not yet use GenericSetup.

Now that we have GenericSetup should _initIndexes be deprecated in
the 1.x branch of CMF? CMFPlone is imho not the right place to do that.
