[Zope-CMF] CMF-2.0.0-beta sample CMFDefault content issue

Hi. There seems to be an issue with adapting the CMF Default Content 
when you create a CMFSite. If you select any optional extensions TTW 
after its position in the check list, it will not apapt the content at 
all. If you select up to Sample CMFDefault Content it adapts it properly.
