These are failing because of some weird issue in the functional test
layer:  somehow, a ZCatalog instance is being created which has no
'_catalog' (or something else weird is going on).

These are due to my attempts to get the tests to run at all using the
Zope trunk.  If I revert those changes (aliasing 'testSetup' and
'testTearDown' to 'setUp' and 'tearDown'), the tests then pass on 2.10
but don't even run on the trunk.

Can somebody (yuppie?) who understands the intent of the functional test
setup look into these issues?  This may also be due to a BBB bug in the
testrunner on the Zope2 trunk.
