OK, I think I have this pegged:  the version of the zope.testing on the
Zope2 trunk was pinned to an older version than the on the 2.10 branch.

It was:

I have updated the version to match the 2.10 version.  The CMF
functional tests now pass using a trunk Zope2 checkout.
