[Zope-CMF] Borked SVN for GenericSetup 1.4.5

Hi,

When I look at

http://svn.zope.org/Products.GenericSetup/tags/1.4.5/Products/GenericSetup/upgrade.py?rev=101169&view=markup

I see code for the `upgradeDepends` zcml directive which is not present 
in the 1.4.5 egg on Pypi or in the 1.4 branch (see links below).

http://svn.zope.org/Products.GenericSetup/branches/1.4/Products/GenericSetup/upgrade.py?rev=84526&view=markup

I checked with `svn log` and I suspect that the 1.4.5 tag was created by 
copying trunk instead of branch 1.4

Tres, does that ring a bell ?

Is it ok that I fix the SVN repo ?
