[Zope-CMF] Zope2.12.3 zexp import error

We used to make data backups from our portal with the Import and Export 
function included in Zope. 

The system versions are the same, we use Zope2.12.3 and CMF Version 2.2.

The export of the portal data runs fine but if we like to import the zexp file 
the following error occured:
