There was some short-lived talk about trying to get mxDateTime into
the Python core, which makes some sense, since it wouldn't be
replacing anything. :)

Would this be a good thing?  If so, we'd have to clear it with MAL and
make sure the licenses are compatible.  Of course, it'd be a Py2.2
thing and then you'd have some period of version skew until Zope
required Py2.2.
