[Zope-Coders] checkin messages

This is a plea for people to provide helpful checkin messages, that
describe what the actual checkin does.

The following are examples of messages that I consider useless:

 - Fix for Collector #123.

 - Merge from HEAD.

 - Oh I forgot that one.

 -  (empty)

Remember that checkin messages are often read without the context of the
patch itself, for instance when using ViewCVS, when doing cvs log, or
when using rcs2log.
